This experience reflects a lack of seriousness in handling customer communication and crisis situations. I expected better professionalism and empathy. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication, support, and refund policy handling in future cases.

more thing, at the time of vacating the hotel always early in the morning, the travellers have to skip their breakfast. This is the extra burden of your client. So try to give them some packed food on the day of vacating the hotel. It's all my suggestions to improve the travel experience of everyone. Thanks.....
